Georgia Historical Society Featured This Weekend on C-SPAN's LCV Cities Tour

C-SPAN's Local Content Vehicles 2011 Cities Tour visited Savannah to explore the literary culture and history of one of America's oldest cities. GHS episodes will take an in-depth view of GHS collections and markers, including: an original draft of the U.S. Constitution, Secession banners and the Civil War 150 historical marker "History of Emancipation: Special Field Orders No. 15."
